Tire Deconstruction Flow

Follow the path of a tire as it is deconstructed back into raw materials. First the sidewalls are removed, then bead wires. Treads can be cut while debeading sidewalls. Once the tread ring is cut open, the rounded shoulders can be removed to allow the tread to lay flat, especially useful for making highly durable rubber mats.
