These machines process whole tires and require no other EECO machines for regular operation. Typically, the first step of deconstructing a tire is the removal of sidewalls but one of our bead removers (the
TCBR) is designed specifically to work with whole tires for specific use-cases. The
SR1-1 removes both sidewalls from car and light truck tires simultaneously (including low profile tires) while the
TTSR5-1 removes each sidewall from truck, aircraft, and super single tires individually.
